This electric steam humidifier provides precise humidity control without the need for consumable steam tanks, and a built-in descaling system makes the humidifier easy to maintain. Steam can be supplied both to the supply and exhaust ventilation system through a steam distributor, and directly into the room through a fan module, which can be mounted on top of the humidifier or installed separately.

The scale that forms on the heating elements is destroyed during normal operation and falls into the external collection tank. Removing scale comes down to a simple operation of draining the scale collector, which is started with one button. After the installation has cooled, the tank is disconnected and emptied.

The Condair RS humidifier can operate with tap water, providing ±3% humidity control accuracy, or with reverse osmosis purified water, providing ±1% humidity control accuracy. When operating with water purified by reverse osmosis, scale formation is virtually eliminated, thereby significantly reducing the amount of required maintenance of the installation.

By locating the water inlet and outlet between the double walls of the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder liner, it is possible to maintain the water temperature at a level that prevents scale formation in this area. This water-cooled jacket prevents scale from clogging the inlet and drain, allowing for longer maintenance intervals.

The advanced touchscreen controller provides intuitive operation and detailed reports including download parameters, accident logs and maintenance data in Excel format. The equipment can be connected to the BMS dispatch system via BACnet and Modbus protocols, which are included as standard.
